Dr. Adhya has academic and research experience in India and the UAE. She currently serves as Lecturer (Education and Training) at Global Business Studies, Dubai. Previously, she worked as a Researcher in Pedagogy at the University of Dubai and as Assistant Professor in Teacher Education at JIS University, India.

Her research focuses on innovative and technology-enhanced approaches to education, including personalized learning, self-regulated learning, open educational practices, blended learning, and emerging technologies in higher education.
